So please make sure you choose the right product, with the correct store country and the correct currency before purchasing it, as we cannot refund or exchange products that have been sent to the customer.

- You can use the card-voucher once only.

- E-vouchers and cards are case sensitive. Please enter the code exactly as shown.

- If there is a problem with the code from the service operator, please inform us immediately after delivery. The site is not responsible for the customer’s delay in activating the code in his account.

- If there is a defect in the shipping code and this defect is revealed after examination with the service provider, the amount of the transaction will be refunded to the customer.

The process of refunding funds through electronic payment may take a period ranging from 24 hours to 15 working days.

- 3% of the value of the refunded amount will be deducted if the method used for payment is - Visa - MasterCard, in exchange for bank fees.
