1- Introduction and general provisions

The customer's use of the application is also considered an explicit acknowledgment of his commitment and response to all terms and conditions of the agreement and all the policies of Al-Muhannad Cart Trading Company, Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, and it is known to the customer that if he chooses the approval condition, the terms and conditions of the agreement are considered valid against the customer.

3- Qualification for accounts:

• No person has the right to use the application after his account has been canceled by Al-Mohannad Cards Application.

• In the event that any user registers as a commercial establishment, his commercial establishment must deal directly with the company, bearing in mind that the policy of this application is to sell to individuals only.

• Each person using the application must comply with (all applicable laws and regulations to regulate electronic commerce (commerce via the Internet).

• No customer or user has the right to use one e-mail or one mobile number to open more than one account for any reason, and the application management has the right to freeze the violating accounts, cancel these accounts, or simply implement one of these procedures, with a commitment to liquidate all transactions related to the account before closing it or Freezing or canceling it without any liability arising from this on the Al-Mohannad Cards application.

• The customer acknowledges and agrees, and in the event that he is proven to have violated Clause (3) above, that the application management has the right to cancel any purchase or sale orders or any operations carried out by the customer or user, and in this case the customer or user acknowledges and agrees that the application does not bear any responsibility for that.

4- Your account and registration obligations:

• Immediately after submitting the application for registration to obtain the account in the application, the customer is obligated to disclose specific information and choose a phone number and username to use when entering the application. Upon acceptance of the registration request, you will be considered a user of the application, and thus you have agreed to be responsible in particular for maintaining the confidentiality of information related to your account and the temporary password that arrives on your mobile phone, and for determining who is allowed to access and use your account in the application.

• In the event of any illegal use or any hacking of his account, the customer is obligated to inform Al-Mohannad Cards application immediately of this use. In the event that the application management is not immediately notified of any illegal use or hacking of the customer's account, Al-Mohannad Cards application bears no responsibility for that.

• The application will not be in any way responsible for any loss that may be caused to you, directly or indirectly, morally or financially, as a result of revealing the user name information or the temporary password.

• It is known to the customer that he is the person responsible for maintaining the use of the application with all seriousness and credibility, and it is considered obligated to compensate the application for any losses or damages that may be caused to the Al-Muhannad Cards application as a result of any illegal, real or authorized use of your account by you or by any other person who obtained the keys Accessing your account, whether it is to perform services and others, using the name or user number and password, whether with or without authorization from you.

• The customer acknowledges that all the information he has disclosed is true, correct, updated and complete information that reflects him and is in accordance with what is required in the application registration form.

• You will be obligated to maintain and update the registration data successively in order to keep it true, correct, current and complete, and if you disclose information that is not true, incorrect, not current, incomplete or contrary to what was stated in the user agreement, the application has the full right to stop or Limiting or canceling your account in the application, without prejudice to the rights of the application and its legitimate means to recover its rights.

 The application has the absolute will and at any time to conduct any investigations it deems necessary (directly or through a third party) and requires you to disclose additional information or documents of any size to prove your identity or ownership of your financial instruments.

• The customer acknowledges that he agrees to provide the application with any information or documents upon request, and in the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the application management has the right to suspend or cancel your account and block you from registration. We also reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed or unverified accounts, transactions or accounts that have been inactive for a long period of time.

5- Using a secure payment gateway:

• It is known to the customer that the application is not considered an auction or a bank and does not provide similar services. Rather, it is an electronic application through which recharge cards for telecommunications companies, games and gifts are purchased.

• Creating an account on the application is free and all fees are calculated in the local currency of the country in which you are registered. And you must pay all fees due on your operations through the application, in addition to any taxes or other expenses, provided that payment is made by means approved for that.

• Credit card information is not viewed by the application administration in any way.

• When choosing to save bank card data by the customer for use in recurring purchases, that data will be saved in an encrypted form through the payment gateway with the highest levels of security and privacy.

• We will not sell, trade, rent or disclose any information for the benefit of any third party outside this application or its affiliated sites. The information will only be disclosed if ordered to do so by any judicial or regulatory authority.

6- Your personal information and transaction details information

The customer agrees and acknowledges that he is the only person responsible for all the information that he has sent or published and the role of the application is limited to allowing you to display this information on the profile page.

7- Intellectual property rights

• All content included in the application, not limited to texts, including graphic designs, logos, button icons, symbols, audio clips, digital loads, collected data and electronic programs, the ownership and rights of which are reserved for the application, and for the authors of these contents and for the authorized persons and they are protected within the rights Copyright, trademarks, intellectual and creative property rights and laws.

• The contents collected on the application are exclusive property and their rights are reserved for Al-Mohannad Cards application, and they are protected within the copyrights, trademarks, intellectual and creative property rights and laws.

8- Trademarks

The trademarks of commercial service providers are not used for products or services outside the application or that would affect its value and credibility. All other trademarks not owned by the application that appear on the application market are the property of their owners, who may be telecommunications companies or otherwise, and their approval must be obtained before using their contents in the application

9- Provisions related to cards and return policy

- All fees on the site / application are calculated in the Saudi riyal currency, plus any added value or tax, and it is visible in the payment details.

- Al-Muhannad Cards is committed to selling digital cards on the website / application according to the recognized market value.

- The customer must read all the details of the card and make sure that it matches his request, as the customer is not entitled to claim any amount for an order that has passed 24 hours, and he must use the code directly.

- The digital products on the website / application are codes (tokens) that are used once in the customer's account, provided that the card reaches the user for a period between 4-5 hours, and any delay after this time is to contact technical support to solve the problem.

- The sold codes and transferred financial balances are not returned or exchanged after payment and receipt, and the responsibility of the site / application ends after payment and receipt.

- When a problem occurs with the code, please inform us immediately after delivery. The site is not responsible for the customer's delay in activating the code in his account.

- When there is an error in one of the codes sent, the customer must wait for 24-72 hours until the problem is resolved.

- The request is usually executed within one minute, and the maximum period for executing the request is 4 hours as a maximum, so we hope that you do not write to us that your request has not arrived until 4 hours have passed after paying the request value, taking into account the previous condition.

- Requests that are made in the morning will be executed in the afternoon, and the working hours of the site team will be from 12:00 noon until 12:00 pm Saudi time.

- Requests that are made outside the working hours of the site team are executed in the event that one of the sales department employees is present.

- The site has the right to return the amount to the customer if the payment process is suspicious, according to the procedures that are compatible with the nature of the site's work, without mentioning the reason to the customer.

- The process of procedures for returning the amount to the customer in his bank account takes place within a maximum of 5 working days in the event that the customer wants to cancel the application for incomplete applications only.

- We cannot cancel the order or return the amount to the customer permanently after the process of completing the order. Completing your order with us means that you have agreed to all the terms on the site.

No person who is not a party to this User Agreement shall have the right to impose any terms or conditions therein.

If the User Agreement is translated into any language other than English, whether on the Application or by other means, the Arabic text thereof shall prevail.

12- The governing law and legislation

This user agreement is governed and drafted according to the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it is completely and completely subject to the legislation in force in the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13- Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
